C&F is constituted with the aim of covering a double aspect: on the one hand, integral management (Project manager) and construction management and, on the other hand, the prevention, detection and analysis of problems in the building field: building pathologies, quality control, technical assistance to promoters and technicians, state of conservation of buildings or their parts.
C&F also covers forensic architecture, i.e. judicial and extrajudicial expertise. It operates throughout Spain, with special emphasis on Andalusia, Castilla la Mancha, Castilla León, Levante, Madrid and Catalonia.

C&F is registered in the Register of Quality Control Entities of the Junta de Andalucía and in the General Register of the CTE. Section 5-2: General Register of Building Quality Control Entities (registration number AND-E-013).
It is also recognised as a Technical Control Body (OCT), required by insurance companies to guarantee the ten-year insurance cover provided for in article 19.1, letter c) of the Law on Building Regulations (LOE).

C&F was born from the integration of independent professionals of recognised prestige and experience in their respective fields of action related to the construction process, experts in the study of the pathology of buildings that allow us to offer each of our clients a team of highly qualified specialists.
Our work is carried out by people who are experts in organisation, construction processes, pathology, architectural project design, studies and safety coordination, engineers, architects, technical architects, town planners, designers. All of them, number one in their fields, and who carry out the different jobs in a coordinated way, with homogeneous criteria and methodology.
